On this episode, Jemma shared the following nuggets about setting up and running a quality Agency:
- Identify and focus on your values - This is what sets the standard of the tutors you hire.
- Get the back end in place before starting your agency - Ensure your system allows for swift invoicing of clients and payments to tutors.
- The customer journey is of paramount importance. They need to feel as if they're getting the best service possible, because their reviews and testimonials are what will propel your agency to the next level.
- Clients of agencies will look for better deals elsewhere. The way to hang on to clients is to build their loyalty through quality of service. You need to offer something in way of service that individual tutors don't.
