Why I Don’t Drink and How It Impacts My Dating Life

Over the last few years, the conversation around sober curiosity and examining our relationship with alcohol. I am honestly such a big fan of this movement, because I personally choose not to drink for a variety of reasons. 

In this episode I share the reasons why I don't drink, what my relationship with alcohol has looked like in the past (spoiler alert: not super empowered at times), and how not drinking impacts my social and romantic life. 

I believe that this is such an important conversation to keep having, and to normalize the fact that we don't have to drink to have fun or have a fulfilling social life!
