20. Are we okay with being alone?

This episode was recorded on the back deck during a breezy day in mid-August of 2023. We discussed a wide range of topics from chronic back pain, to being mired as a species in the constant loops of virtue-signaling, to exploring a means of how to play the game of life with confidence.
