I’ve been thinking a lot about potential lately. I was digging deeper into the question, what are you giving up by not being visible? There are many answers to that question, but here are a few examples: You don’t get the opportunities that you deserve. You are unable to maximize your potential and achieve the career success you want. You don’t have what you want in your personal life either if it is driven by what your professional life could give to you. You want to do more but aren’t sure how to do something to help yourself.
