US Mid-session 7 Mar 18: Early gains boosted by new Korean Peninsula talks

News that the south Koreans and north Koreans will hold their first talks in 7 years in April to discuss plans in the region seen as a real positive for markets.  While the ongoing concern over the new proposed import tariffs in the US and the infighting over these prosed tariffs in the White House weighed on markets.
