SOCCER: Derry City 1-1 Galway United (Men’s Premier Division commentary with Galway Bay FM’s Mike Rafferty and Derek Rogers)

Galway United shared the spoils with Derry City at the Ryan McBride Brandywell in the SSE Airtricity League Men's Premier Division on Friday (13th June 2025).

David Hurley's penalty on 10 minutes gave the Tribesmen the lead, but the hosts equalised through Kevin Holt eight minutes later.

It leaves Galway United in seventh place on 25 points, two behind last year's winners Shelbourne in sixth.  Shamrock Rovers lead the table on 39 points.
