 It is an invitation from the depth of your being
  
  
  2. I AM is an expression of your own personal viewpoint.
  
  
  This shapes our consciousness and reality 
  
  
  3. What energy do you want to ran on everyday? High or Low
  
  
  I AM either pumps up energy or sucks up energy
  
  
  4. What we were taught at school - my first easy
  
In school, we were taught to describe our strengths and not our weaknesses but as we grow we turn to do the opposite
  
 5. Pay attention to what you are saying 
 

Sometimes the enemy doesn’t have to defeat us; we defeat ourselves. Are you blessing your life? Or are you cursing it?
  
 If you have a poor mouth, you are going to have a poor life.
