This conversation was much harder than I expected it to be. I thought surely there were some tips beyond "be kind and have boundaries." Over the course of this conversation I realized that finding that sweet spot of being available and willing to support your clients/customers/coworkers while also not being a doormat is tough.
Listen in as Matthew Douthit, Franne McNeal, Edward Fronczkowski and I talk through what it means to be "easy to work with" and if that is always the best choice.
We would love to hear what you think and how you manage this balance.
