Luis Martinez has been there since the beginning.  That is since the beginning of the International Center for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), the international branch of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).  He has overseen its steady rise in usage throughout the Americas and the world and heads up its business development in several regions.  A lawyer himself, Luis has a keen legal mind and has a fascinating tale of law, business, and cross-border intrigue that combine in this week’s episode of Tales of the Tribunal.  So, sit back, imagine you’re sitting in to the AAA headquarters in New York City, and enjoy my conversation with Luis Martinez.
