SpellJammer Academy - Why do things always happen to us?!

Welcome to Nothing Ventured, Nothing Gamed, where we are starting a short term campaign of 5th Edition Dungeons and Dragons, using the new Spelljammer rules!  As Jared needs a small break from our Wrath of the Righteous game while adding a new addition to the NVNG Family, Fabio is taking the reigns of the GM chair to run SPELLJAMMER!

 

Once we delivered the crate to the head of the Spelljammer academy, the crate exploded out with strange creatures, with the intention of killing, or severely injuring the Headmaster!  With the quick action, and a lot of luck, the party managed to dispatch the spider creatures, and save the Headmaster, but while the guards came in just in the nick of time, it was discovered that this was mostly a distraction for another theft in the academy.  But after that, the training must continue, and this is when we go to the mess hall, and get some strange looks from our class mates.
