Santeri Lilius on winning ADCC Trials, and creating the right training environment

He's an ADCC Trials Champion and one of the most successful European grapplers in recent years. In this week's episode the Finnish Black Belt breaks down his recent Trials win, how his journey has taken him to running his own gym in Spain, and also some of the lessons he's learned from his military experience in Finland.
