When you think of personal best ~ are you remembering that it is your best and no one else’s ?
Are you remembering that personal best requires an elevation in your consciousness that is the true catalyst for all that you may achieve?
Because knowledge begins with the embracing of our power and potential to rise above everything we have every known. And as many of you know, change and transformation begin first in the mind and in the heart.
When you include the larger portrait of what deems wholeness, then personal best is the mindset you hold and how you shift your mindset when you feel less positive.
Personal best is the thoughts that become the beliefs you hold and how your thoughts and perceptions determine the kind of person you choose to be as well as how you feel about yourself and the consistent mood state that you deliberately live.
Something else about personal best that is very inspiring ~ you need to choose it. It is not enough to wait, to decide that the steps are too difficult or will take too much time. It is about holding belief in the desires that fuel your happiness and all that you seek ~ and in all areas of life.
