US sharemarkets fell for a second straight session on Wednesday as soft private-sector employment data weighed on sentiment. Shares of Priceline fell 9.5% and was the biggest drag on the S&P and the Nasdaq after forecasts missed expectations. The Dow Jones ended lower by 100 points or 0.6%. The S&P 500 index fell by 0.6% and the Nasdaq lost 38 points or 0.8%.
