True spirituality - 1 Corinthians 12v1-11 - 12th May 2019 - Tim Smylie
1. Worships Jesus as Lord - (vv1-3)
2. Recognises God as the source of all blessings in the church - (vv4-11)

Observations
a. This is not meant to be a complete list
b. We cannot assume every local church will have all the gifts on the list.
c. We have to be cautious about saying what these gifts will look like in practice.
d. There is no guarantee someone who's given a gift once will always have the gift.

Therefore True Spirituality:
a. Does not look down on any of the gifts God gives.
b. Does not focus on the gifts but on the God who gives them.
