Joining us in interview is Rachel Grindle. Rachel is CIY’s senior director of Engage. She has a bachelor’s degree in youth ministry/preaching from Johnson University and is pursuing a master’s degree in Global Leadership at Fuller Theological Seminary. Prior to joining CIY Rachel was the missional life pastor at Parkcrest Christian Church in Long Beach, California. She has also served on staff at East 91st Street Christian Church in Indianapolis, Indiana; Mount Pleasant Christian Church in Greenwood, IN; and at Fellowship Church in Knoxville, TN. She is married to Stephen Grindle.
