Choosing Happiness No Matter What

Most of us get happy around births and weddings but believe it’s wrong to be happy in the face of “serious or significant” circumstances like divorce or death. What if happiness is a choice you can make anytime, anywhere, no matter what? And what if that choice for happiness is a contribution to the world?
