Market Close 25 Aug 21: ASX lifts for a third day running

Local shares enjoyed another day of gains on Wednesday with the ASX 200 lifting for a third consecutive day. The index lifted 28.9pts or 0.39% to 7,532 as the mining & tech sectors performed best. Wisetech Global (WTC) stood out as the logistics software firm rallied 28% for the day.
