The Highway Murderer of the mid-west, Larry Eyler, was convicted of murdering a teenage boy in 1986. He would confess to as many as 20 murders to his appeals attorney Kathleen Zellner. She would carry the burden of Eyler's viscous crimes until his death in 1994 when she was able to release the names of his many victims.
