About our Guest:

Charlotte is a stepmum of 4, Certified Stepfamily Coach, Healer and Yoga Teacher. She has a passion for helping stepmum's heal from the inside out, so they they can create peace, structure and stability in their stepfamily life. She is currently pregnant with her first child after a long fertility journey, and also has a keen interest in learning how to heal the body, mind and soul. Charlotte is based in the UK, but works with stepmum's all over the world.
