“Sense of relief” at Brexit deal – Clune

MEPs in the European Parliament have been reacting to the Brexit trade deal that was struck on Christmas eve.

They’ll have to ratify the deal with a vote in the European Parliament. But no date has been set for that vote so far.

Fine Gael MEP Deirdre Clune says she’s relieved the deal was finally brokered after many months of tough negotiations.
