It has been a while since I got super personal with you and today is one of those episodes. I started this podcast to share my witchy life but also my mundane one, and depression is a part of my life.  I may hate it, and want to ignore it. But ignoring it won't help and I need to kick my own ass a bit and make sure I am doing the things I'd tell someone else in my shoes to do. So here comes some rambling and word puke!
