They discuss issues with ITT/NQT provision under the title 'How not to reinvent the wheel and flourish as an NQT.' Gemma offered her top tips and a plethora of useful advice for trainees and early career teachers.

 

In the final segment of the show David was joined by Debbie Hayton (@DebbieHayton) to discuss her latest article in the Spectator: 'Teaching Unions shouldn't be defining 'transphobia'. She argues that Trans people are not particularly oppressed in the UK, and certainly not in sectors such as education. Policy makers and headteachers have bent over backwards to be accommodating to transgender teachers like me and the mover of this motion.
