Wow - what a week. Was a difficult one for me but one with great learnings.

1) The importance of allowing everything that is happening to me rather than resisting it.

2) If I don’t know and continually remind ourselves of my own definition of success I'm bound to compare myself with others and feel insecure. Knowing the game I'm playing keeps me focused on my lane.

3) The importance of knowing and following through on my fundamentals both personally and professionally.

Reflection points stated in this episode:

- Where in life am I resisting or fearing the situation rather than love the learnings?

- Am I on the right trajectory to my future vision? Yes - great inner peace. If no, what needs to change?

- What fundamental activities are necessary for the day to be a success for me and move the needle forward?
