February 18th, 2017 -I asked Stephen Hotze, MD to be with us. I want to discuss a hormone imbalance that you may be surprised to know affects men as well as women...estrogen dominance. It matters a lot because that imbalance is related to a whole lot of trouble such as: headaches, mood swings, fat gain, fatigue, prostate trouble, all kinds of menstrual difficulties, allergies, autoimmune disorders, various cancers, infertility, ovarian cysts and early aging to name a few. I just learned that he can only be on for the first part of the program, so for now I can just say that the rest of the show will be a surprise...hopefully a good one.
