Dr. Chandan holds a Ph.D in chemical engineering from the University of Birmingham, UK, where he has worked on the use of Hydrogen Fuel Cells (HFCs) and their role as a solution to the reduction of carbon emissions. He has been an integral, fundamental advocate, role-taker or initiator with a number of organisations and startups covering solutions as diverse as renewable energy, governance, speculative business models to deliver on the UN SDG, tech and digital businesses.
