In the UK alone, the number of women and girls facing period poverty has risen sharply during the coronavirus lockdown.
I'm joined by Rupinder Virdee and Manjit K Gill from the charity Binti Period, and we discuss it all - our first periods, the way menstruation is shown in mainstream TV, educating girls about why they bleed, breaking down myths, and the environmental impact of period products.
