Pilot EP 4 - Crispus Gordon III: The Local Political Game

YBII hosts talks with influencer Crispus Gordon III (instagram: @SebastianGordon3) who's interest in the political landscape started when he was just a young boy. Government and civic engagement had always been apart of his family background. Coming to Washington DC as a graduate student naturally he wanted to get actively involved on Capitol Hill but ran into a little bad luck along the way. Instead of halting his plans he decided to do some local engagement and get extensive experience at the local level of government!

Currently he is in his last year at American University’s Washington College of Law. He serves on the board of Global Scholars foundation, whom are responsible for getting DCPS students to travel abroad to become more culturally aware, have an internationally experience, and see things from a different perspective. Also, the National Black Law Student Association to ensure that the next group of black lawyers are conscious about what's going on.
