Artist Alley Spotlight: Brandon Damm/Rock and Run for Mental Health

Rock and Run for Mental Health is an upcoming mile/5k event that also features live music, an art show and food trucks. It also benefits different mental health organizations, such as The American Federation for Suicide Prevention, Bigger Than the Trail and Hope for the Day. Lydia chats with one of the organizers of the event, Brandon Damm.

Rock and Run for Mental will be held Saturday, September 9 at Rochester Community Park in Rochester, Illinois.
