Ep #173 - You stand in front of the mirror. The voice inside your head has been badgering you for way too long. You look at yourself and who is looking back is not someone you want to recognize any longer. You have been envisioning a new you, telling yourself to get off your ass and just get er' done - and yet here you are, standing still, when every piece of you wants nothing more than to take any step forward, let alone the "right" one.

Why is it that somethings you get into without haste and others seemingly fail to launch?
What if I told you it was what you are saying to yourself, the small, off-hand comments, those are your barriers between what you want and creating the actions as habit.
Nothing is hard until you define it as hard and then repeat that to yourself over and over again. Today you and I will go on a journey and by the end of this episode inspiration will be covered.
The motivation to continue on your personal growth journey is on you and if you ever feel down about it...come back here and remind yourself - the person in the mirror is not who you are afraid of...your real fear is the person you want looking back at you never materializing.
If there is any fear left in you, know it is that loud voice in you that says, "Yes I can!" that you fear you may not fully hear, let alone embrace - that is your fear. After this episode, that is your source of empowerment now, today, right now, that's right, now.
