Market Close 25 Nov 2019: ASX advances to start the week

The Aussie market advanced on Monday with a firmer start to the new trading week. The ASX 200 is continuing on from a solid finish last Friday and gained another 21 points or 0.3% to 6731. Local shares did fade from intraday highs as banks continued to be a weight. Westpac (WBC) fell for 4th straight day, to fresh 9 month lows, but gains for miners, energy and telcos managed to counter those losses.
