The postpartum time, also known as the 4th trimester is a time that is undeniably challenging in many ways. While there is no escaping the lack of sleep and complete disruption to your routines I have found ways to make this time more peaceful. Today I am sharing the things I like to prepare and get in place in order to mentally stay in peace even when chaos is surrounding me.
