Welcome in to the weekend….although there have been so hot days recently…we are still officially in spring, but summer is just around the corner….and with the hotter weather you going to want to go the beach, lake and pool…Dr Ashley Lucas with PHD Weightloss joins us again with tips on getting ready for the swimsuit!!!

Junior Achievement of Greater SC is doing some great work getting our young people ready for life outside of the classroom…Casey Pash, the Pres/CEO of JA is with us today.

There some fun stuff happening in Travelers Rest…and Lacey Keigley is here with everything you need to know about the Trail Mix Concert series.

AND Finally…we celebrated National Police Week this week, but the work is just beginning for Law Enforcement Appreciation Day Upstate this fall. Billy Crank will get us up to speed on how to show some love to the men and women in blue in our community.
