Have you heard of people saying, “This is killing me. My blood pressure is through the roof. I can’t handle it anymore”? These are signs of stress that could be quite detrimental. Now, I’m not sure whether or not there are any research into the physiological effects of patience but there are many studies on the effects of impatience, particularly stress and anger.
