Part 2 - Neville James has lauded the efforts to recognize past and present athletes from the Virgin Islands with the annual Thorvald McIntosh and Gerard Alphonso Hall Sports Award Dinner Saturday on St. Croix. The awards committee, which has helped and honored sports people in athletics, baseball, basketball, bowling, car racing, martial arts, horse racing, softball, swimming and volleyball.
