Energy Stew- The privilege of aging

We're all aging and some more profoundly than others. It's often said that advanced aging is only for the brave. Of course, there are many limitations that show up with age but are we overlooking the gifts?

 

Kamla Kapur has written a very rich and honest book, "The Privilege of Aging", about her journey including so many fears about what lies ahead along with the struggles she has already been through.

 

This hasn't kept her from appreciating the beautiful wonders of life and the increasing length of time to experience them.

 

She's had a fascinating life on 2 continents, the U.S. and India, and still has a house in the Himalayas.

 

There's beautiful prose on every page of her book and its richness brought me deeper into my own life journey

 

In reading her book, I was able to look even more heartfelt into my life and savor its fullness. I'm sure it will do that for you too.
