AUKUS: Australia Vs China Round Two

Just as the dust was settling on ex prime minister, Scott Morrison's idiotic attack on China, current PM Anthony Albanese has agreed to that fools submarine deal! Well I guess we now know why the Sydney Morning Herald ran all those war with China pieces last week... Ignoring the eye-bleeding $350 billion cost of getting submarines we will never use in twenty years time, it weds us to American military might for the next three decades, specifically aimed at China, when that looks like a very bad bet. Prepare for the argument to be made that Australia should house nuclear weapons in a year or two.
