EP 377 - What Parents Need To Know About Their Children’s Phone Usage & How To Protect Them

In today’s episode we are talking about the dangers behind giving your kids access to smart phones and social media. What is really happening behind the screen and what are they seeing when they’re spending time on these devices. As parent’s it’s important that we know how to talk to our kids about the usage of social media and smart phones and that we understand what they’re being exposed to so we can better protect them. I am giving you some tips on what I do that has really helped me and my kids stay safe, care for their mental health, and honor their privacy. This will also help them as they become young adults to have really good boundaries and a better understanding of how to use technology and be online without sacrificing their health, productivity and exposing themselves to harmful content.
