Dr. Frederic Saldmann is a French cardiologist, a nutritional expert who specializes in health crises and hygiene in Paris hospitals, and a business consultant. He is the former editor of the journal Nutrition Practice.  H has written extensively about natural health, nutrition and diet, food as medicine, detoxification, and hygienic ways to guard against epidemics.  He has published many books that have been translated into over a dozen languages.  His most recent book that has been translated into English is “You Are Your Own Best Medicine: A Doctors Advice on the Body’s Natural Healing Powers” published by Inner Traditions.
