DM 044 - The Art of Fierce Conversations

I have yet to meet a person or leader who wouldn't immediately benefit from having the fierce conversation that they have been avoiding. Most relationships and organizations live or die on their ability to regularly have healthy and/or tough conversations. These conversations are not easy and can be scary, but if done well they can heal, mend or even transform relationships and organizations. Here are a few tips I give my clients. Enjoy!
