Order in the Court

In this episode, we dove into the United States Supreme Court with Professor Stephen Wermiel. Prof. Wermiel is a professor of law and the history of the U.S. Supreme Court. His career has revolved around the court and its inner workings for more than 40 years. We spoke about the origins of the court and its function. We also discussed the notion of expanding the court and some of the staple cases that are still relevant today.
