113: The Challenge Of Inner Erosion

A walk by the sea was the unexpected inspiration for today's episode, as there is aggressive erosion happening on a local walkway. It made me think of erosion in general and how it's a natural phenomenon. But we also have inner erosion that affects confidence, clarity, motivation and our ability to get the most from life. We explore that a little in today's episode.
