MIL and Kay discuss how positivity promotes that all people deserve to have a positive body image.  Regardless of what stigmas society put on you to believe.  Your size, shape, color, gender and appearance should strictly be  asked on you being happy with who you are.  What you think is beautiful in your eyes NOT what society or popular culture view as ideal.  Total self love and acceptance plays a major role in you achieving that!! what their views are on body positivity, and how your perception of your body’s image can effect you and the people around you. It is ultimately up to you to possess the confidence and acceptance of who you are to be able to have these positive experiences with your self but if you are struggling we want you to know that it happens to the best of us and it is not permanent.  You can change it with the will, support and self love!!
