She know what it's like to feel that tech is so complicated, and that you'll never get to grips with it, or that it runs your life and controls you, and not the other way around. She helps take away the fear and overwhelm of using digital technology and gives you the confidence & competence to thrive in today's digital world.

*Of Paths and Paddles*
Her mission with Of Paths and Paddles is to break down the barriers to women enjoying the outdoors.   Women-only adventures in the outdoors, for laughter - the best medicine, for health - mental and physical - for companionship and for fun. To de-stress, relax and recharge.
