Wherever we find ourselves on the timeline we proceed with confidence because we are not without God’s divine providential care. Having a relationship with God who is Ineffable, sovereign and Who acts according to the counsel of His own divine will are very difficult relational dynamics for human understanding. At times we are like the Prophet Habakkuk in chapter 1 who complained about all the trouble yet God seemed to be doing nothing. What’s going on? God said to him, “you wouldn’t believe it if I told you”. We will learn how to bridge this enormous relational difference with confidence and resolve.
