006 - Meka Leach: 13 Year Old Yoga Instructor

Meka Leach is a 13 year old yoga teacher and sound healer. She was number one in fencing in the Y12 division and she was certified as a yoga instructor when she was 10 years old. Her mission is to bring mindfulness to young people and to spread love and the idea that we are all equally human.
