Market Close 6 Oct 20: Aussie market edges higher in cautious trade

The Australian sharemarket rose by 0.35% on Tuesday ahead of tonight’s Federal Budget, some uncertainty remaining about President Trump’s condition and a massive lift for equities on Monday.
