238. Does a Win Mean a Failure Is On the Way?

In today's episode, we discuss our thoughts on the question: when you get a win, does it mean there is a loss (or failure) right around the corner? This question comes from our idea of collecting failures in the bank because the more failures you go through the better chance you have to get a win eventually.
