Commit to a holy hour every day, nightly examine, how to do that
Fraternity: Anchor to check in with every day
Weekly fraternity meeting: happened over Discord
Asceticism: fast on Wed. and Friday, Full meal and two snacks, no meat on Wed and Friday, no alcohol, sweets, no unnecessary
Only listen to music that lifts your soul to God
Have a more intense Lenten experience, deepen faith, only trusting what God has
Had to write a "why"
