America Outdoors Radio - July 17, 2021

This week the America Outdoors Radio crew heads to Sportsman's Cove Lodge in Southeast Alaska!  Owner Captain Mac (McQuarrie) will give you an overview of the lodge experience and the customer service aspect that really sets their lodge experience apart from the others.   Captain Hunt Edwards talks to John Kruse about the great halibut and salmon fishing they are enjoying on the trip and the unique method they use to catch salmon here called mooching.   One great thing here is the food and Tina Page, the chef in charge of dining here, talks about some of the great Alaskan seafood she serves up for guests.  Finally, Mike Kirchner, his son Pearce, and my daughter Faith and I all discuss why this is such a great adventure for parents (or grandparents) to enjoy with teens.  www.americaoutdoorsradio.com
