We address the lack of attention to Catholic School funding that continues to mark Governor Wolf's budget. The Governor always includes increases for public schools, but here's yet another budget proposal that keeps Catholic School funding flat. We also talk with Rep. Seth Grove out of York County about his work in the State House and how he is carrying on the work of the "Taxpayer Coalition."
